Day Two--The parties met and discussed the folling issues.
___ Temporary assignment of employees
___ Training of production operators
___ Medical restrictions
___ Personal leave
On the issues above no progress was made.
The company has committed that if an agreement on a new contract is reached that they will in their next supervisor training update train the supervisors to include the Company's Ethics Policy.
Negotiations will reconvene Monday morning and the committees will continue discussing non-economic issues.
